I took out a contract with cell c store at zevenwacht mall. I had a problem with my software from day 1 and left it since I had 7 days on my return hoping it would come right after running the battery dead. On the 5th day I returned the phone to cell c and explained the problem. I was then told I had to wait 7 days as they have to send the phone away which already is odd as other networks replace the phone on the spot within 7 days. I have now been without my phone for 7 days and still did not hear anything on returning my phone to me. I only received 1 sms stating that the phone was received by technicians. I had to go to cell c to find out that I can't get my phone because of a very slight scratch on the back of my phone. I don't c how that affects my software on my phone since day1. I was then told I have to wait 21 working days before I get my phone back. That puts me on 5 days with a faulty phone and a whole month without a phone that I'm paying for. I had a contract with vodacom and wasn't satisfied with their service. I had a contract with mtn who is too expensive with their charges. So thinking that a lot of people are with cell c so I tried them and now sitting with no phone
