Disappointing service from Cell C
I am so disappointed in the recent service received from Cell C.
They are so quick to call you to buy contract phones but their services are pathetic.
Not to long ago my wife bought the blackberry 8520, which they offered via telephone. She wasn't interested in the phone, but took it anyway. The phone worked for like 6 months and then started giving problems. We took the phone to Cell C North Cape Mall in Kimberley to send it in for repairs, since the scrolled button was faulty. The phone is still faulty after the second repair and we are very dissatisfied.
Last week Friday we took the phone back to them to book it in but were told that they don't have book in forms or a loan phone to book the phone in. I am sick and tired of Cell C and won't ever buy anything from them, because of this poor service. We should have stayed with MTN as a service provider.
I am going to spread the word to all my friends and family to not buy any of their products anymore.
