1 Month phoneless.. due to poor customer service

I continued my contract last year October and upgraded to the new blackberry bold 9790. 2 months later I was forced to sent the phone in for repairs. I then received a refurbished phone (not brand new) and this had more problems then the previous phone. I have now sent this phone in for repairs. I had requested a motivational letter to be written to change from the 9790 bold to any other blackberry bold. I was then advised to down grade my phone to the curve while my contract price remained the same??? The head customer consultant Palesa has promised and guaranteed to phone me back on numerous occasions and yet I am still waiting for her feed back. The customer service is disgusting and I shall definitely be changing my service provider ASAP... I' have never experienced such poor communication, and such incompetent customer care.
