MTN & BlackBerry - Perfect Failure Partners

Whilst on holiday in April, BB phone on SOS for most of time while other phones on MTN contracts had full signals. Took my BB in to the Grove 4/5 April for yet another review (2nd new phone in 4 months)- Willem took phone in and stated will let me know in 7 days about outcome. On 16 Apr went to store as no-one contacted me, Willem made a call and informed me that review approved, my phone will be there in 2 days, thus Thurs 18 Apr. Went to store yesterday Sat 20 Apr and was just told they know nothing, will ask Willem to phone me on Monday. Told the female behind counter not acceptable, then Johannes come and just said nothing they can do. I then insisted to get number of owner of store, Johannes then gave me the wrong number, told him I'm not stupid and I then phoned the emergency number on door, left message on voicemail. Johannes then called me into the back and asked me to speak to Patrick who said he knew about my phone and that I was supposed to get a call from Willem on Fri, didn't happen. After all this unpleasantness, no apology and I still don't know when I will have my new phone. I work in Alrode and cannot just take off. MTN' serves and NO BLACKBERRY EVER AGAIN!!!
