On the 9th of May i was in a car accident and my car was written off so i submitted a claim with King Price and was assisted by a man named willem, everything went smoothly and was assured that the matter would be handled. a few days later i was contacted by a investigator who wanted some info on what happend, i did the interview and was told by the investigator that King Price would be in contact shortly! The end of the month came with no phone call or even a e-mail from king price till i decided to call my self the lines were too busy so i left a message for them to contact me back almoste two weeks went by with no reply from them so i decided to call again, i got through to someone (i didnt get her name as the connection was bad) and was told that they had settled the claim so i carried on with life BUT a few days later i got an sms from my bank stating that a debit had come off my account for my car, very perplexed i go to the bank only to find out that they have not recieved settlement from my insurance so i call king price again and get through to a lady who tells me that willem is busy and that she'll get willem to email proof of settlement that was 2days ago & still nothing
