Phone deliverd at wrong store!! wating for 4 weeks

On the 21 Jan 13 i took my blackberry bold 9900 in to soneike mall mtn for software repairs Charl insured me that i will have my phone back between 7to10 working days!!! Sat the 2 of feb i phoned in and spoke to Shaun and asked by when i can come to collect my phone as i have not heard from them since the 21st when i took my phone in!! his answer was to me that he can't help me because it's a Saturday and the repair centers are closed over weekends witch i understand he insured me that he will phone me first thing Monday morning (i didn't hear anything from him) Monday morning i phoned the store and lee Ann picked up the phone i explained the status of my query to here and she said that she will phone me back witch she did only to tell me that my phone was dropped off at a store in tokay! Lee - Ann told me that if my phone is not at their store Wednesday the 6 Feb13 that she will follow up she phoned me back about 15 min later and told me that my phone are still in tokay and she can't tell me by when i can expect my phone! I then told here i want customer service telephone number she gave me a number 0839000349 i spoke to Kareti and he told me that i will have my phone by next week
