I received a quote for C-thru burglar bars from Willem and Gert Le Roux who were doing work at my house and project managing certain areas. On installation the bars were warped and I asked Willem and Gert to get the people back to fix them. After only three months, one of the security bars snapped of its own accord around the area. Willem and Gert refused to tell me which contractor they had used for the security bars. I decided to pay another supplier to have the bar fixed. C-Thru bars came in to quote me and informed me that the bars that were up were not C-Thru but looked as if they were just pieces of plastic cut to look like security bars. I spoke to my insurance company and I am not insured with these bars as they are not the correct product and also, are obviously not security bars as they snap on their own so I actually have no security. I got a quote from C-Thru and sent it to Willem and Gert and asked them to pay me the money so I could replace my security bars with what they had quoted me on and I had accepted and paid for. They are not interested. Do not use these guys. They are and they will cheat you. I have to pay to have the job done again
