Completely exasperated with Cell C

Handed in my iphone 5 for repairs on 2 Sept. Was given a receipt with a tracking number but no PRE number and told it would take 21 days. On the 26th called for news of my phone. A female staff member asked me to speak to the repair centre myself which I did. The repair centre had no record of my IMEI number or the tracking number on my receipt. Finally, I got to speak with Divesh who promised to call me back. Of course he didn't.
The next day I called back to speak with Divesh, I was asked to hold and without putting the phone on mute (or whatever), I held on for 11:56 minutes while they conducted their normal business. Someone then got on the phone, I believe the store manager, and without an apology told me that he didn't know why the repair centre had said what they did. I was told that my phone would be at the shop Sat but definitely Sunday. So I went in on Sunday only to be given the run around and avoided by Divesh. I was promised it on Monday, that didn't happen. Called the store this am to be told Divesh was on training till 2pm and no one could speak with me because they were in a meeting.
Called 140 who promised to follow up only to be sms to go back to the store!
