8ta promised me today at about 13:06 to remove my number from recharge blacklist within 3 hours, 4 hours and 18 minutes later my number was still no sorted out, I then contacted them, got hold of the lady called lebohang tseki, jhb, who then tolfd me about 24 hours which differs from the previous expectation from Michelle roskruge.
8ta has been giving poorest service since I joined this network. I spent two weeks without internet ever since I joined 8ta, all I have been getting was excuses.
I never had this nightmare at vodacom, I think I made poor judgement by joining 8ta.
