Having being impressed by Cell C pricing and their adverts, i finally jumped ship from vodacom to Cell C. quite frankly i was just tired of Vodacom and the amount of dropped calls i had. Getting the contract and the porting of my number to cell was a wonderful expirence. My problem started the minute i arrived home and realised that i had moved from dropped calls to not being able to make any, my wife who is with mtn can speak from any where in the house. Also having a gig of data on my phone is pointless since i am always connected to my wifi router, its either my Galaxy S4 is terrible or Cell C is just not leaving up to their adverts promise.
Prior to me using hello peter i contacted cell c through their support email address aound the 8th of June, which i must say yielded no results as i am currently still at a disadvantage. the interesting thing is the expectation from Cell C is that i pay my bill in full every month for an incompetent service, however my expectation of being able to make a call and utilise the Internet is not being meet.
if Cell C is unable to resolve their network issues can you please let me know how we can facilitate the cancellation of the contract.
