I am having problems receiving private number calls on my phone which has caused a rather large inconvenience with regards to my working life and day to day living. I have tried for almost three weeks for someone to help me but still no response. I got laughed at when I explained the problem to the technicians and told they cannot help, they then informed me to call customer care where they 'passed the buck' I was told they would contact me to inform me of the problem but that was almost two weeks ago and when I went into the vodacom shop to see if they could help I was again laughed at and told by the consultant 'it's not my problem'. As I work in a customer care related job I know what great customer service is and as a paying customer I feel that because I don't pay as much as some people I'm not considered important however I am still paying, therefore I deserve some form of respect and for someone to contact me with regards to my problem rather than be laughed at by the employees.
