Hours waiting on hold for Customer Care

I've spent around 6 hours now from Saturday Morning trying to report my phone as during a mugging.

I've also been using my Telkom account for this so there are charges involved in trying to report this. The contract is 2 months away from ending and I've now reached the point where I'm no longer interested in being a Vodacom client. I've sent emails, contacted them through Twitter and gotten only promises of people getting back to me.

My phone number is connected to everything and with the mugging, I've had to cancel my Internet banking and other accounts, these are all linked to this number and I now no longer have access to them. The one time passwords all get sent to the phone. I also have outstanding accounts showing that I have not yet paid them, because I'm unable to get hold of this poor excuse called "Customer Care".
