NUMBER LOST WHILE PORTING

Extremely frustrated, i ported my prepaid number to 8ta 2 weeks ago, it took a whole week for my number to be off the old network and when i then inserted the new 8ta sim card it didnt have network, a week later and several callsto their call centre and porting department my number is still not active, nobody seems to know what they're doing, i keep getting the same stories that the an email is being sent to the technical department and the number should be active in the next 24 hours and it never happens, where can i escelate this matter to, i want my number back, if 8ta cant help me then port me back to my old network or any other network but i want my number 0839988090
