I was desperate to convert my incorrectly purchased R100 Telkom voucher to a 8ta voucher, to buy a data bundle. (Serial number 000100011022371904).
A 'Lebohang'at your call centre, (081180), kept the Shop assistant 'Valdrian', waiting/holding on for over 10 minutes. This was just prior to16H06. Valdrian was an absolute star in assisting me.
In my desperation to find out how to convert the voucher purchased by my daughter, I called in again. Lebohang kept me waiting for 15 minutes.
Valdrian recognised his name.
Lebohang appears to have found a solution to solve any query! Put your Client on hold, and wait for them to terminate the call.
On both occasions Lebohang did not call back with an answer.
I still sit without the data bundle I need and am now concidering not porting my Vodacom number over to 8ta in the new month. Is this what 8ta/Telkom want???
