Bad throughput on a 3G MTN USB Modem

I only receive 236k throughput on my MTN USB Modem at Century City and in Somerset west. I logged a call with 083 900 1212 (which I seem to pay for) on Friday 11th with the assurance I would be called back. I had to call them this morning (16th) and the answer I received was that there is a fault with the tower. I asked for an estimated date of repair and was told they do not know. (first complaint)

I was ported from Vodacom to MTN last year on my mobile phone and I now get dropped calls, cannot access my voice mail, people calling me go straight to voice mail. It is very poor!!
