I did a sim swap on thursday in store at a vodacom store but till today my phone is not working, i have called the customer care eversince nad they have been telling it will work after certain ours up untill i caleed them now and demanded to speak to a supervisor who tell me my query will only be looked at on monday, so the fact that my phone hasnt been working since thursday doesnt bother them and that i will be phone less tomorrow as i am losing my temp phone isnt any of their concern bothers me as i dont think making a sim swap can be so complecated
