MOST pathetic service ever MTN

I have been having problems with MTN Tyger Valley for months now, firstly was my tablet every month went off for no reason, but they wear still billing me for the tablet but i had to go in store the whole time to activate the sim again.

Then on the 01/03/2013 i upgraded my phone, from blackberry to the Samsung galaxy S3 and onto the R399 packaged that incl R200 worth of air time and 150mb of data and 25sms...

They billed me end of the month R350 for the phone R179 for the airtime -R49 for the data and then R69 bis for my previous phone and -R104.95 for upgrade fee. In the end i was billed R341.01 to much and they said they will sort it out from last month the 20/04/2013.

I was told that by the the 20/05/2013 it will all be sorted out, by Suzette and that she will phone me.
Guess what again nobody phoned, i called again asking what is going on with my contract. After going in store multiple times to ask what is going on with the contract and why i was billed so much. Between 01/05/2013 till 07/05/2013...

And till today the contract has not been sorted out.. USD code : 2040924
Just been promised allot of that they never keep too.
