Pathetic service

Took out a new contract with vodacom received the phone on monday last week, stated my prepaid should be converted to contract which was but not on the new BB, CALLED CUSTOMER CARE, CALLED SALES CALLED ALMOST EVERYONE NONE COULD RECTIFY, eventually i asked them to cancel the micro sim that came with the phone, had no phone working for 3days, was so upset called data department spoke to Carl who then picked up that i had to do a sim swap which was never mentioned by the sales lady named lesego! becos she said that she would do it on her side, went to vodacom paid R63 for the sim swap for which wasnt my fault, then debited me two amounts, phone still didnt work even with the sim swap, frustrated i had no phone for 5DAYS! WENT TO Vodaworld on sunday spoke to the c/c agent he picked up the LTE service wasnt activated! this to me is pathetic customer service really non of the call agents could pick up any faults they incompetence caused me so much inconveinece, should a customer be running around like this? i need an explaination with regards to the above has you will view how many times i called in and nothing was sorted out, am not happy about this contract.
