I did a sim swap on the 16 nov. My phoned worked perfect for2 weeks. After 2 weeks my SMS's are not coming through and I can't send. I went to Vodacom centurion who told me it is an iPhone problem. Went to I store they put a sim in my phone and the SMS's worked.they send me back to Vodacom, Vodacom said I need another sim swap it could be the sim is not working but I have to pay for the second sim swap. Why if I already paid for it.then the SMS's are still not working.went back to Vodacom.the tech guy looks at you like you are an .he then swapped my SIM card with someone I. The store and the SMS's work.they then phoned Vodacom and I was given an email from Lorraine etsebeth stating that 600 of Vodacom clients SMS's were blocked and will be sorted out. I sent her an email today and she said she needs a ref nr. After I sent her the email from herself she wants a ref nr. I want my phone sorted out immediately. I have been a client of Vodacom in excess of 10 years and this is how I am treated. Who will be compensating me for loss of income. I at even access my banking.i don't know what to do with this any longer other than moving my contract to another service provide
