Cell C is extremely useless, they haven't contacted regarding the nature of my complaint, it's been two weeks now since I've reported my problem. Till this day I haven't heard any communication from them whatsoever. After I've laid my complaint on Hellopeter cell c will respond by saying someone will contact me during the course of the day, and the truth is they never respond or take an initiative of contacting me. It's been two weeks since I've waited for their call. Help me please.
