I applied for contract on 3 January 2014 only received phone on Thursday 9 January after heavy arguments.

I locked a complaint with MTN customer care untill now nobody followed it up.

On Friday 10 January I contacted the sales person to tell him new sim card is not working. He said everything is correct at his side. Maybe it is the sim swap that is still pending.
Saturday I tried to call the shop but all the numbers they gave me was or off or just ringing. I sent supervisor an email to contact me. But nothing as yet.

Now I have new phone but sim card is not working. MTN made me loose a lot of money, due to fact that my phone is my bussiness. (I was 2 days without a phone)

1) Had to wait for phone
2) To many stories from sales people
3) Customer care is up to...
4) No follow-up.
