Poor Customer Service

Existing contract client for many years. On 11 March 2013 I applied for an additional contract 3G data service, including laptop and modem. I completed all the documentation and was told that within 2 weeks I would be able to collect the hardware provided that I qualified for their financial services. I had been away during this time, but have had no communication at all from Vodacom as to where in the process this application was. I phoned the store on 23 March - person answering the telephone would get back to me. On Sunday 24 March I phoned again - again they would come back to me. Nothing. On Monday 25th a voice message was left on my phone to come into the store to complete documentation as application successful - I called the number back - went to voice mail. Tuesday 26th phoned store again - again no-one knew anything about my application but could come into the store in interim and complete documentation and collect hardware. After staff searched, documentation found. Sat and waited while they tried to find any of the hardware - none available. Need to wait for stock to arrive - possibly another 2 or 3 weeks. No communication volunteered by Vodacom for 2 weeks already...
