I applied for a 2gig wi-fi with up to 5 users on my existing contract. I waited 4 days for approval. The saleslady responsible sent me a message saying the application was approved and they do not have the modem in store and has done an order and is waiting for stock to be delivered. I waited for 10 days then i phoned only to be told that they don't have stock at warehouse and i must go back to the shop to do another application on another option that they have. Now if you may answer the following questions for me. 1) Why did they approve something that they do not have?? 2) If i go to the store, i risk doing the same thing, i.e applying for another option on modem, then being told that its not available after waiting for 14 days. this will be a total of 28 days. Please I am disappointed, i dont have to wait for the whole month for a wi-fi. I am paying for service not for no-service. okay!
