Firstly I have been a loyal client of MTNfor more than 5 years now and still I get pathetic service.
My phones break and I have to wait weeks to have it repaired and still the phones come back broken.
Im incorrectly billed and nothing gets credited.
I lay complaints and nothing is ever done about it.
I request to speak to managers and they are never available or they dont respond to e-mails or they are too BUSY to speak to me???
I speak to consultants that dont brief me on all the terms and conditions of their services so eventually I am the one that has to forfeit.
And all this for what?!?
Needless to say that MTN is not doing me any favours, just for the record!!!
I PAY FOR EVERYTHING!!!
