No Service with 7 different consultants

Is there anybody in a position at FNB Centurion that is competent to give good not even great service, answer = no, not at all.
I phoned in several times for assistance with an enquiry that I had with regards to an account that I have with FNB.
Firstly the way the consultants answers almost make me feel guilty for actually phoning them to ask for assistance. Then I get transferred from the one consultant to the other with no assistance from any one, each time saying that I need to speak to this specific consultant that can help me, but still no one can.
It takes me an half an hour of holding on to speak to someone, till they ask me to leave a message.
And then guess what, no one phones me back. I have received no/horrible service from them. And I am still stuck with my enquiry. Should I just move my account to another bank that will actually help me?
Not even the relationship managers can help or phones back. Is this what service has come to. To have staff that can't help. I ask you? Even if I leave a urgent message it doesn't help. I think that maybe my and their urgent means something different. I am really disgusted and I am seriously considering moving my account somewhere else
