Eventually RUTH phones me back to advise me that they cannot reconnect my line unless i get my account back up to date, then i requested to speak to the manager and RUTH gets back to me and says "My manager says he can only speak to you once your account is back up to date" What the??? i then demanded to speak to the manager, eventually when TEBOGO came he then had the attitude that if i cancel my contracts its fine... no stress.. hahaha.. is this really happening. They didnt even bother to find a possible solution to the matter or to even apologize for the way i was treated. Do you guys really want peple to change from their networks to this service. Acting like you got so much customers you dont need Catherine Bowers. If you guys keep up that attittude i dont see a future for your business. Treat your customers with the respect they deserve!!
