POOR SERVICE

I have been trying to get a contract cancelled for the past Month. i have sent countless mails, only to be told that mails have not been received, even internal mail from one department to another. what will it take for this contract to be cancelled. i ask to speak to a manager only to be told that the managers are in meetings, i ask for a supervisor only to be told that he all the supervisors are on lunch, this is pathetic service. i have been a client for more than 4years. thank my new car is actually with another tracking company that actually phones me to follow up.
