Called now to order food and I had to repeat my order so many times before the consultant could properly assist. She told me my phones'volume was low n I had to scream so loud that I woke up my newborn bby. After I thought we were done I hung. Few min she calls again to ask me what did I order, repeated myself again, she put me on hold, she came back on the line and asked me about my order again n I trully lost my temper. To me its seems that the consultant was destructed by having a conversation with her collegues that's why she couldn't hear me. Anyway, I asked to speak to the best consultant there whom iv dealt with for years now and her name is Debbie, unfortunately for me Debbie was busy. Debbie must please teach those other consultants how to speak to clients. I'm appauled on the service I received tonight and iv never received such pathetic service in my life. I wish I culd speak to Debbie all the time. M so upset my baby can't stop crying!!!
