I decided to switch from Vodacom to Cell `C because of their competitive rates. It turns out that those rates are that cheap because you can never get through to anybody whenever you try to call them. The internet speed is slow. It can't possibly be my phone because I use an Iphone 5. It can't be the area because I travel a lot and encounter the same problem everywhere. I regret ever taking up a contract with this servive provider. You have made my life extremely uncomfortable. I would've rather paid a premium with another service provider than have to deal with this inconvenience. I took it up with one of the stores and they said its a problem that they know of and are trying to fix, but for how long.
