I phoned cell c on 084145 and placed an order for my upgrade. I ordered the Balckberry 9790 and was told that they had in stock and they would send that off to me. Demi is the lady who helped me and discussed all the terms and conditions. I then waited for the phone to be delivered. It arrived here on Tuesday this week but when I opened the package the wrong phone had been delivered, they had sent me the Blackberry curve 9320 which is not what I ordered. I have been trying to get hold of Cell C since and to no avail have I managed to find someone to help me. Firstly when you dial 084 145 to try get through to the sales it puts you on hold for over an hour with nobody answering it and then the call cuts off. I phoned 084 140 to try get someone there to help me and I just got thrown back on hold. I then tried to phone the place where the phone was dispatched from and a gent call Tumelo answered my call and I have not heard from him since. All I want is the phone I ordered and not the Blackberry 9320. I want the correct phone delivered. I am appalled at how you cannot get the call centre to help or even just through on the number. Its terrible!!!
