I am trully disappointed by the nature of MTN's customer service!
I upgraded my phone contract late Jan this year, ofcause I wasn't expecting them to start debiting for this policy in Jan.. When I found out in Feb that they debited for my previous contract, I called to query and was told bible stories, I let the matter go hoping it was not going to happen again.. March again it happens, I waste my time again to call and be told of arrears and another story.
I am seriosly getting tired of this!!! I cannot be held responsible for their faults, all I know is that my contract is supposed to be active and should be!!! why do we call it upgrade if we still getting debited???
