I've just responded to the report I have written previously, but ran out of space. Just to re-iterate what I had said about Cell C, worst network service ever and customer response service is just as bad. Just for the record I've said to everyone I know to not even think about taking contracts with Cell C 'cos although you might have really competitive rates your network. Rather pay a little extra for better service.
I just want Cell C to cancel my contract so that I could go to my original service provider (Vodacom) even though they might be a bit no expensive. Infact, to get on this site with the Cell C speedstick took me 25mins, replaced this with the Vodacom speedstick and it took about a minute. Reference number given for Cell C query was 3012800939.
Seems as though the only time this query will get sorted is when the contract is close to its end.
