So much for Cell C's campaign to "help" you to switch over to their network. What a hassel! It has now been close to 3 weeks and my husband and I still have no phones and no contracts. They may have the cheaper rates but their service is less than desirable. My husband and I have now contacted our previous provider to try and reinstate our contract but we were now told that because Cell C has already ported our numbers, we have to remain on Cell C for a further 3 months if we want to keep our same numbers. What a headache - Think twice about switching to Cell C especially if you are a business person who really requires the use of your phone. It could be months before you actually have a phone. I'm highly disappointed with the level of service and professionalism offered by Cell C. Cheapest rates and the cheapest service!
