Telkom transferred a line for me last week and I was very impressed with their efficient service. However they have also gone and loaded services that I did not request and don't want. Two phone calls and security checks later the service is still active on my line and messing up my answering service.
What do I need to do for you to just do what I ask and not take initiative and of the customers? If you want to add a service ask the customer.
