What is going on with Telkom? I reported our line as faulty and a reference number was supplied. Two weeks later the line was active again, but the number was wrong as I had someone else's line. I tried to report that problem, but was unable to due to the fact that the original fault was not resolved yet.
I then published a complaint on this site and telkom responded (ARS 232680). Unfortunately I have not heard from telkom yet and now my line is dead again...
I THINK I SHOULD CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, BECAUSE I AM PAYING FOR NO SERVICES...
