Here we go again, I checked on one of my lines when it is due for upgrade via *147# and the cell c system tells me 12 April 2013, I made my way to the store in gateway shopping centre to be told that my line can only be upgraded in may, I then showed them that the cell c system tells me the above date only be to told oh sorry it must be a system error. As per normal not willing to go the extra mile for the client and instead we operate by the book. So sick and tired of the large companies in this country treating there clients like this. It absolutely appalling.
