I have been trying for the last week and bit to get through to Telkom's cancellation department and they simply are not answering those calls. So I did several tests and called any of the other options whereby you can upgrade or order additional services or ever for support and guess what, they they will pick up!
This is a typical coming from Telkom!!! I WANT TO CANCEL MY ISP SERVICE WITH TELKOM BUT KEEP MY ADSL LINE. YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO BACK DATE THIS AS WELL BECAUSE OF YOUR PURE INCOMPETENCE!!!
THE SIMPLE REASON IS THAT I HAVE HAD A ENOUGH OF YOUR SERVICE, YOUR INTERNET NEVER REALLY WORKS PROPERLY AND GETTING PROPER SUPPORT FROM YOU IS JUST AS USELESS!!!
