My ADSL line is down again, it was down in May and April. It takes a week on average to resolve any problem. Tonight, I tried to report a fault via the telkom website. I received a message saying;
"There seems to be a problem with your service. Please call 10210 (residential) or 10217 (business). Alternatively visit your nearest Telkom Customer Services branch"
I held on my cellphone on the Telkom 10210 line for 22 minutes and 44 seconds before hanging up. So tomorrow, I must waste more of my time by actually visiting a Telkom store and phoning 10210 from the store (as their customer service representatives are unable to help customers on site). How ridiculous.
When my Telkom phone line is dead, I have to pay for calls made on my cell phone and waiting for 22 minutes for a basic response is not on at all.
