There was once a time when I used Telkom only because I had to and given a choice I stayed away from them. Right now however it's the opposite, each day Telkom is becoming the ONLY choice for my internet services.
The level of service way above the rest, starting from their highly competent customer services which handles queries efficiently to their operations/ installations team that executes requests promptly. Best of all is that as the customer I am kept informed of the progress all the time through detailed communication.
Thank you for the excellent service especially the quick response and installation of my line (William) after my recent line relocation request. Telkom is now my ISP of choice, so much so that I've now decided to port my mobile phone to Telkom mobile.
