Somebody from the Call Centre called me to inform me that I am can upgrade so I told her that I am not ready to do an upgrade now - so she said that she is going to change my billing to the 99c option. But that I can upgrade at any stage whenever I'm ready. Then somebody called me again with the same story so I told her the same, she said that my billing was not changed to 99c so she was going to activate that for me. And assured me again that i can upgrade at any stage when I am ready.
So yesterday when I want to upgrade I was told that my contract has been upgraded for 24 MONTHS!!! Without me knowing or signing for anything not even receiving a handset!!! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN???
The reason for me not upgrading is because I was still deciding on moving my number to another service provider - well guess what you made my mind up for me!!! please cancel this contract as I will not be held responsible for this 24 months!!! REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
