I signed a contract with Cell C 2 months ago, within the 7 days cooling off period the Dealership cancelled the contract! I returned the phone and Raeez at Cell C fourways, now he is at the Sandton branch was supposed to sort this matter out!
It is 2 months later and Cell C is still taking the monthly contract fee out of my account!!!
I have been trying for 11 days now to get this matter resolved and still when I phone Cell C they tell me that there has never been a request to cancel this contract and as far as they can see the contract is still active and has been smsing numbers OVERSEAS!!!
What the is going on Cell C??? This is the most ridiculous and unacceptable situation I have ever found myself in!!! Sort yourselves out!
I have also tweeted about this matter several times, and not one person has ever bothered to respond to those complaints!
