I RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH MTN IN MARCH 2013 3 WEEKS LATER THE PROBLEMS START.I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE A SIGNAL PROBLEM BUT ITS NOT AS I EVEN TRIED TO CONNECT TO A WI-FI CONNECTION.MY APPLICATIONS ARE NOT WORKING AS PROMISED AND WHEN I VISIT THE BRANCHES THEY CANT ASSIST ME.I DONT WANT THE DEVICE ANYMORE AND I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT, AS A LOYAL MTN CUSTOMER I WILL CANCEL ALL MY CONTRACTS BECAUSE NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME.I NEED THIS DEVICE TO BE PICKED UP BECAUSE IM NOT WASTING ANYMORE MONEY TO VISIT A MTN STORE.
