Please assist where i can cancel my contract at no charge to me because MTN do not have any signal in the area i am staying. i can not use my internet, my voice calls drop due to signal and my bbm do not go through ever. The handset in never on 3G.

i am using my device for work purposes and can not continue on like this. The call centre are unable to assist me.

MTN can not expect me to pay my account for a contract that can not be used. i pay for a service and refuse to pay for something i dont receive.

1) update the signal towers in my area

or

2) cancel my contact and let me migrate to another service provider!

Please note that i other users in my area also struggles with the MTN network, its definitely not a device problem!
