I am disgusted with MTN's service. I have been a client of MTN for 6 years and I can't believe that I receive such poor, impersonal and incompetent service from MTN. I repeatedly sent through company letterheads, ID docs, etc. in order to change the date on my debit order. I get NO FEEDBACK and then I called again today, I was told to send through all these documents AGAIN and that the debit order date was not changed as I had requested on the 30th of March 2013. In my emails I clearly state that I want CONFIRMATION that the debit order is reinstated, but MTN just seems to wipe their on my requests, emails and phone calls. I have had enough of this and I am strongly considering taking my business, which is substantial due to the fact that I run my entire business from my phone, elsewhere. I would like MTN to respond URGENTLY to this complaint and I want my debit order reinstated immediately seeing as I requested the reinstatement of my debit order almost a month ago.
