Changing my debit order date - NIGHTMARE

I just had the displeasure of dealing with an irate call center agent. WOW!
in March i requested that my car payment be taken on the 30 of March and not the 25 as i was moving jobs and my last salary would only be paid on the 30th. I specifically asked that this be done ONLY for March and that the normal debit order date should revert in April and moving forward. Its the 29th and the debit order has not gone through, i called the customer care number and was told by a very impatient agent that i must call again on the 2nd of May after the debit has run because its going through on the 30th... she transfered me to another agent and the phone rang until it hung up. All i want is for the my car repayment debit order to run on the 25th. This is not a Harvard or Oxford level request. I've had such shocking service from this bank over the last 18 months, I'm still not sure why i'm not following the masses to FNB. Please just change the date of my debit order for my car. Thats all i'm asking for.
