This is now my 3rd complaint about Bruma Finance. I have asked numerous times for my debit order date to be changed. When I took the loan someone in the company verified we get paid on the 25th. However I tried calling and explaining this is not always the case - I can show you my bank statements where I can be paid anyday till the 28th. I have been working here for 8 years so I know the trend of the company. I asked nicely that you adjust the debit order to the 30th to ensure I have the money when you take the debit order. For the last 3 months you have taken it when I have not been paid. Today my bank calls me to tell me that they have noticed this and I should ask Bruma Finance to adjust the debit order date as it is making a bad impact on my good history with my bank. You are taking the debit order by 06:42 am on the 25th what if I only get paid by the evening? So this is my final request either put my debit order for the 30th or give me my settlement figure then I will try and get a loan elsewhere to pay you back so that I don't have this same issue every month and you are negatively influencing my history with my bank.
