I called on the 15 of March to do an upgrade and i was told to wait till the 25th March. I then called on the 25th to infome the guys that upgrade was done on the 15 and im following up and he said he will call me back and never came back. I then called on the 28 March to redo the upgrade. I was told that the phone will be delivered in 48 hours and i waited till today. I was told that the phone will be delivered today the 18 April and I got a call to be given excuses again. I have been trying to speak to the person who said i must give him a call today if i havent receive the phone and he his ignoring my calls. I have left messages and emails and his not replying. I'm so frustrated over this service and the people that. I was told the phone arrived and its at the ware house waiting to be invoiced and still nothing. My request no is A1304182786
