BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I did an upgrade of my cellphone on the 1st March 2013. We received an upgrade ref: AUTO2920541. We phoned in last week Wednesday, and queried the delivery date. We were informed that the shop moved and deliveries was delayed by 2 days and that we should receive the phone by Friday 8 March 2013. We phoned back today (11 March) only to be told there was no stock and that the phone will only be dispatched on 12 March 2013, which means we will only receive the phone at the end of this week. I would like it noted that I find this service extremely pathetic, as none of the consultants we've spoken to over the last week has been giving the same story. Every time we phone it's a different excuse. Please note that I will share my frustration with HELLOPETER. This is now my second upgrade in a row that I have been waiting forever to get my phone.
