UPGRADE ON CONTRACT - POOR DELIVERY RESPONSE

I was informed on the 25th March 2013, my cell phone (upgrade on my contract) would be delivered within that week. After not receiving it, I queried this and was told there is a shortage on the white blackberrys. This has been back and forth since the 25th and still not cellphone. On the 15th I received notification it would be delivered within this week. Today is Friday, still not delivery!!! I once again phoned Altech Autopage only to be told they have outsourced their procurement and it is out of their hands and the best thing would be is to cancel this upgrade and go into the stores directly. I am a customer of Altech Autopage and believe me if I treated my customers at work the way I have been treated they would of taken their business away along time ago. I am positive there are plenty more "client's" who have not received their phones, surely Altech Autopage offers a service to keep their clients happy and take it upon themselves to delivery phones! Next week will be a month that I requested my upgrade - ALTECH AUTOPAGE do not look after their clients!!!
