7 weeks still no phone

On the 25th of March 2013 I applied for an upgrade to a Z10 phone. I was told I would be on a waiting list and waited. After 2 weeks I called bac because it was taking too long. I was told they did have stock but my order was not invoiced. The person who helped me invoiced the phone and gave me a tracking number. After a couple of days I tracked the package and realised that the address for delivery was wrong. I then had to calll and change the address and the phone was delivered on the 12 of April. I then charged the phone and discovered it was faulty, even took it to Menlyn branch and they confirmed it was indeed faulty, but could not help me further because I didn't go to them for an upgrade. Monday the 15th I called head office and they came and collected the phone. After that no further information was given, I had to call and ask and was given same excuse" it being checked and we don't know how long it will take. Mind you in the meantime my old phone is kept working by grace. Eventually I was told its been invoiced back but again I have to get at the back of the queue. I gor fed up and asked the to change to a Samsung s4, and up to know I've been waiting. Why must I wait?
